Terms and Conditions

بشراء هذه التذكرة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية: 
  1. يتطلب الدخول إلى الفعالية تذكرة منفصلة لكل شخص، بما في ذلك الأطفال.
  2. يسمح بدخول الأطفال فوق 5 سنوات، بوجود مرافق بالغ طوال الوقت. 
  3. التذكرة صالحة للدخول مرة واحدة فقط خلال التاريخ والوقت المحددين بما في ذلك تذاكر المعرض وتذاكر ورش العمل، ويشترط إبرازها رقمية أو مطبوعة عند الدخول. 
  4. جميع التذاكر غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد إتمام عملية الشراء، إلا في حال إعادة جدولة أو إلغاء الفعالية.
  5. في حال إعادة جدولة الفعالية لأي سبب كان بما في ذلك الأسباب الأمنية، أو الكوارث الطبيعية، أو الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة، تظل التذاكر صالحة للمواعيد الجديدة المعتمدة. ويحق للمشتري الذي لا يستطيع الحضور في الموعد الجديد استرداد قيمة التذكرة. 
  6. يوافق حامل التذكرة على أن يتم التقاط صوره أو تصويره فيديو أو تسجيل صوته واستخدام هذه المواد في وسائل الإعلام المطبوعة والإلكترونية بما في ذلك الإنترنت، بصفته أحد الحضور في منشأة الفعالية. 
  7. لا يسمح بإدخال الأطعمة والمشروبات من الخارج. 
  8. لا يسمح بالكاميرات وأجهزة تسجيل الفيديو الاحترافية داخل منشأة الفعالية دون إذن مسبق. 
  9. يحتفظ المنظم بالحق في إخراج أي شخص يرتكب فعلًا يراه المنظم، وفقًا لتقديره، سلوكًا يتعارض مع ثقافة وقيم وتقاليد المملكة العربية السعودية.  
  10. يمنع التدخين منعًا باتًا في جميع مناطق الفعالية بما في ذلك السجائر الإلكترونية، باستثناء المناطق المخصصة للتدخين. 
  11. يجب على الزائر الامتناع عن أي سلوك قد يشكل خطرًا على نفسه أو الزوار الآخرين أو الموظفين أو الأعمال الفنية والمرافق أو نظافة المكان. 
  12. لا يتحمل المنظم مسؤولية أي إصابات ناتجة عن عدم الالتزام بالتعليمات داخل موقع الفعالية. 
  13. لا يتحمل المنظم أي مسؤولية عن فقدان أو تلف المقتنيات الشخصية داخل موقع الفعالية. 
  14. تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  15. يتم التعامل مع البيانات الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية المعتمدة، وتستخدم فقط لأغراض تنظيم الفعالية والتواصل مع الزوار.
  16. تحتفظ دال بحق تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، على أن يتم نشر النسخة المحدثة عبر الموقع الرسمي.
By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
  1. Entry to the event requires a separate ticket for each person, including children.
  2. Children aged over 5 years are permitted to enter, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times.
  3. The ticket is valid for single entry only on the specified date and time, including gallery tickets and workshop tickets, and must be presented digitally or in printed form upon entry.
  4. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase, except in the event of rescheduling or cancellation of the event.
  5. If the event is rescheduled for any reason, including security reasons, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond control, tickets shall remain valid for the newly approved dates. A purchaser who is unable to attend on the new date is entitled to a refund of the ticket value.
  6. The ticket holder agrees to be photographed, filmed, or audio-recorded, and to the use of such materials in print and electronic media, including the internet, as an attendee at the event venue.
  7. Food and beverages from outside are not permitted.
  8. Professional cameras and video recording equipment are not allowed inside the event venue without prior permission.
  9. The organizer reserves the right to remove any person who engages in behavior that the organizer, at its discretion, deems inconsistent with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  10. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all event zones, including electronic cigarettes, except in designated smoking areas.
  11. Visitors must refrain from any behavior that may pose a risk to themselves, other visitors, staff, artwork, facilities, or the cleanliness of the venue.
  12. The organizer shall not be liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply with instructions within the event site.
  13. The organizer bears no responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal belongings within the event site.
  14. These terms and conditions are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  15. Personal data shall be handled in accordance with the approved privacy policy and used solely for event organization and communication with visitors.
  16. The organizer reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time, provided that the updated version is published on the official website.
